The images that follow show the scale of the work carried out on the property. Totally re-painted with Dulux professional paint system to all of the woodwork, removing any rot found and remaking either spliced oak timber if needed or filling with 2 pack wood filler. Note the dentil moulding at the roof level. (We had to get to this from a cherry picker). The walls were given 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield professional paint.
Whilst we had the cherry picker on site, any roof tiles that were
loose or broken were replaced and the fascia, soffit and guttering
were also taken care of. |

Guttering and down pipes were also taken care of, with some being re-directed and others replaced. |

Some of the original stonework had crumbled away with weather damage over the years, so it was repaired and then painted.

Even the shutters were removed, stripped, repainted and re-hung. When any pointing was loose or broken, it was renewed. |
