We are a family business that have been
working mainly in the building and maintenance trade for over 40
years.
3 years ago we moved to just outside of
Colchester in Essex and
were asked to rip up and re-lay a damp floor in one of the
larger properties locally. This job was done and then the work
was added to, until we have taken over the maintenance of the
estate. From painting and decorating the whole of the outside of
the property, to fitting a new light switch and everything in
between.
We cover all aspects of the maintenance
business, calling on outside tradesmen to work with us if
necessary and always do the very best for our customers.
We then were asked to take on another large
property locally, with other recommendations adding to the work

Our speciality is the older type of
buildings, that needs sympathetic care and restoration although
we take on most jobs on virtually any property.
These include painting and decorating,
electrical work, fitting kitchens and bathrooms with all of the
allied jobs (tiling etc), damp proofing and re-plastering,
flooring, fencing, patios, decking, block paving,
conservatories, flat pack assembly if required, plus many
others.
